Do you support Paybill, Till and Pochi?

Yes. The platform is designed to help Chamas record, track and reconcile Paybill, Till, Pochi or agreed collection numbers depending on setup.

Does Swift Axis hold Chama funds?

Chama Circle is designed to help Chamas manage records, visibility, workflows and reconciliation. Fund-handling depends on the setup agreed by the Chama and Swift Axis.

Can one customer manage multiple Chamas?

Yes, subject to package setup and approval.

Can members belong to many Chamas?

Yes. A member can view relevant information across multiple Chamas where they are registered.

How do agents register?

Agents read the engagement overview, accept the agreement, register online and continue through verification.

Do agents receive an Agent Code?

Yes. Agent Code generation and activation are handled through Swift Axis onboarding and approval processes.

Is card payment available?

Not at launch. Chama Circle is M-Pesa-first. Card payments may be added later.
