How Pricing Works
Use registration to get an exact quote — numbers below explain what you will see in your billing summary.
Base monthly fee
Single Chama subscriptions start from the configured base monthly fee, which includes up to 20 members.
Additional members
Each member above the included allowance is charged at the configured per-member monthly fee.
Establishments
Multi-Chama establishments use the authoritative establishment pricing model configured in Swift Axis.
VAT
Applicable tax is calculated authoritatively at checkout and shown in your live billing summary.
Full Feature and Custom Features are capability choices during onboarding — not Starter, Growth or Premium commercial tiers.
Managing More Than One Chama?
A tenant can support multiple Chamas where applicable — subject to package setup and approval by Swift Axis.
Discounted or custom packages can be configured when you oversee more than one group — including consultants, umbrella welfare bodies and organisations with several internal Chamas.

Pay Easily Using M-Pesa
Chama Circle is designed around M-Pesa-first Kenyan workflows. Record, track and reconcile M-Pesa contribution information — Swift Axis does not hold your Chama’s funds. No payment processing on this marketing page.

Chamas can record and track Paybill, Till, Pochi or agreed collection numbers
Members can receive reminders and confirmations depending on setup
No card required for the current launch — M-Pesa-first workflows

Can I start with one Chama and add more later?
Yes. Many groups begin with a single Chama and expand when the table is ready — subject to package setup and approval.
Do you support Paybill and Till numbers?
Chama Circle supports flexible record tracking for Paybill, Till, Pochi and agreed numbers your group already uses.
Is card payment available?
For the current launch, Chama Circle is M-Pesa-first. Card payments may be added later.
Can members belong to many Chamas?
Yes. Members can view relevant information across groups where they are invited and access is enabled.

Can I upgrade later?
You can move to a higher package as your Chama grows. Talk to support when you are ready to upgrade.
Does Swift Axis hold Chama funds?
Chama Circle helps Chamas record, track, reconcile and manage visibility. Fund-handling depends on the Chama setup and approved payment arrangement.
